After booking,before 40 days of Departure Date Rs 400/- per head,before 40 to 20 days of Departure Date Rs 400/- +15% of tour fare,before 20 to 7 days 500 /- + 35% of the tour fare,7 to 3 days 400/- +50% of the tour fare,3 to 1 days 400/- + 70% of the tour fare will be deducted as Cancellation charge. No Refund will be made if cancelled before 1 day of the journey.
Children of the ages from 05 to 11 years will be charged 15% less (without hotel bed) & from 03 to 05 will be charged 50% less (without hotel bed).
Train fare, train coolie, entry fee, boating, pony-dandy-horse charges, helicopter, Cable car, where bus/car dose not enter any other charges payable extra.
Sightseeing, food (Morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner) & accommodation (separate room with attached bath for each family to ensure privacy)
Balance amount should be paid in full 25 days prior to the journey date when we supply tour programme.
On train food will be supplied from the railway catering.
Provide rail ticket service Railway berth reservation depends completely on railway authorities.
Amount will be refunded after 3 to 4 bussiness days .
Single person paying extra for double bed room. For Three person triple bedroom will be provided if available, otherwise double bed room with extra mattress will be provided.
